Today we still offer many dough styles for our pies. Our Thin offers a back-east chewy texture loved by many customers. Others prefer the Traditional crust which we hand braid and has double the dough. Some dine-in customers enjoy local honey on the crust. Our newest crust options include a 10” Gluten free Cauliflower Crust and a 10” Fatty Head Keto Crust, which can be used as an alternative to our Thin or Traditional pizza crusts.
We have cold and “hot” salad options with all hand-cut romaine and toppings, handheld sandwich meals with oven sizzled meats, and cheesy calzones served with our house sauce on the side. Finally, save room for dessert because we offer multiple unique dessert items like Smores Campfire Lava Cakes and Apple Pie Egg Rolls dipped in warm caramel sauce.
One of our proudest offerings is Spring Grove Soda, a Midwest based craft soda company established in 1895. These caffeine free drinks are made with pure cane sugar and are served in glass bottles for optimal taste.
